The food we serve is always prepared from scratch with high quality ingredients such as real butter, cream and Guittard and Bakels chocolates.

Our sandwiches are built on authentic San Francisco Bread that we bake fresh all day long. We pile on the premium Boars Head Meats and cheeses and top them off with vine ripened tomatoes and fresh green leaf lettuce. Our soups and salads are created from the freshest produce, delivered daily to our busy kitchen. Franks house salad is a very popular item, featuring fresh spring mix, dried cranberries, walnuts and grape tomatoes with our own Maple Balsamic dressing. For an extra tasty treat, try our famous Tracy’s Chicken Salad with shredded all white meat chicken breast, cranberries, cashews and celery which is of course made fresh daily.

We bake 18 different types of cookies every morning. Our brownies, Rice Krispy Treats, Magic Bars, Cookie bars and Lemon Bars are also available daily. You can nibble on a cookie while you enjoy a latte, cappuccino or just a nice hot cup of coffee from our coffee bar. Our coffee and our Passion Berry Ice Tea are blended by Piacere Coffee Company. We also offer a unique selection of Bottled Sodas such as Bubble Up, Cane Cola, Mexicoke, IBC Root beer and Key Lime soda.

Save room for Ice Cream, as we carry the award winning Dr. Bob’s Handcrafted Ice Cream, made locally on the Pomona County Fair Grounds. Indulge in a delicious Hot Fudge sundae, a refreshing Root beer Float or a scoop of this deliciously cool treat in one of our homemade waffle cones.

Chef and co-owner Roger Frey, graduated from the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena where he is now a chef instructor. He oversees Franks Kitchen and makes sure all of our Cordon Bleu trained chefs our committed to the same standards of excellence that he feels are mandatory in this industry.
